Terms of Use

Version 2026-10-08. These terms are required by the PropTx MLS® Rules, Article 8.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and Nave Real Estate, Brokerage Inc., represented by Amir Nahvi, Broker of Record. In these terms "the Association" means the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board and PropTx, and "Listing Information" means any listing data you see through this website.

2. Our working relationship

By accepting these terms you acknowledge that you are entering into a lawful broker-consumer relationship with Nave Real Estate, Brokerage Inc.. That relationship is what allows us to show you listing information we are not permitted to publish openly.

These terms do not cost you anything and do not make us your representative. They are not a representation agreement and they create no financial obligation. If you later want us to represent you, that is a separate written agreement, clearly labelled as such, which you would sign rather than accept with a click.

3. Your interest in property

You confirm that you have a genuine interest in buying, selling or leasing the kind of real estate offered through this website.

4. Personal use only

All Listing Information you obtain here is for your own personal, non-commercial use, in connection with your consideration of the purchase, sale or lease of an individual property.

5. What you may not do with the information

  • You may not copy, redistribute, retransmit or otherwise use any Listing Information or related data, except in connection with your own consideration of an individual property.
  • You may not display, post, disseminate, distribute, publish, broadcast, transfer, sell or sublicense any Listing Information to any other person or organisation.
  • You may not put Listing Information into any artificial intelligence system or technology, or any other technology whose effect or purpose is to collect, store, re-organise, analyse, summarise or manipulate Listing Information or related data. This applies whether you do it directly or indirectly.
  • That includes the chat assistant on this website: please do not paste or type Listing Information into it. The assistant itself never receives Listing Information; the listings it shows you come directly from our own search.
  • You may not scrape the site, including screen scraping and database scraping, mine the data, or carry out any other activity intended to collect, store, re-organise, summarise or manipulate Listing Information or related data.
  • You may not share your username or password, and you may not let anyone else use your account.

6. Who owns the information

You acknowledge that the Association owns the MLS® Database, the MLS® System and the Listing Information, and that its proprietary rights and copyright in them are valid. You agree not to claim any ownership rights of any kind in Listing Information or any related data.

7. Checks on this website

You expressly authorise the Association, and other members of the Association or their authorised representatives, to access this website in order to verify that it complies with the MLS® Rules, including the VOW Rules, and to monitor how members' listings are displayed here.

8. Your password

Your password is valid for ninety days, as the Association requires. You can renew it at any time from your account page. We keep a record of your name, email address, username and account details, and we are required to keep that record for at least one hundred and eighty days after a password expires.

9. Your personal information

We collect your name, email address, telephone number, the date and time you accepted these terms, and the IP address you accepted them from. We keep a record of your activity on this website. We use this to provide the service, to answer your enquiries, and to meet the obligations described here.

Your personal information and your activity record may be shared with the Association if it asks for them for auditing purposes, if it believes there has been a security breach, or if it believes the MLS® Rules have been broken. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. By accepting these terms you consent to this.

10. Accuracy

Listing Information displayed here is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by the Association. It can change or be withdrawn at any time. Nothing here is advice to buy, sell or lease, and nothing here is legal, tax or mortgage advice. The Association is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of, or reliance on, Listing Information or any related data.

Some properties appear without an address because the seller has directed that it not be displayed on the internet.

11. Ending your access

You can close your account at any time by asking us. We may suspend or end your access if these terms are broken, if the Association requires it, or if our working relationship ends.

12. Changes

The Association can change the rules that govern this website, and we have to comply within a short period. If we change these terms we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue.
